We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, however, should you wish to return your purchase, we offer you the choice of exchange or full refund provided the products are returned in original dispatched condition and unopened within 14 days of the order being made.

Please return the goods within 2 weeks in their complete and original packaging to: Cityglade Limited, Unit 1 Tanglewood Hyde Park, Inch, Gorey, Co. Wexford, Ireland.

Please note we are unable to refund any postage cost. However, any goods that arrive to you damaged will be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded.
